We begin our sanitizing service immediately after your local trash collection. At your scheduled time and location, we arrive promptly to clean your bins right where they stand. This simple process ensures a thorough and efficient cleaning experience.

Experience complete cleanliness in just 30 seconds. Our advanced 360-degree cleaning heads reach every nook and cranny of your trash bin, using pressurized water heated to over 200°.
3. Disinfect
We don't just clean—we sanitize, transforming your dirty trash bin into a spotless, hygienic container. Our powerful system combines hot water with an eco-friendly disinfectant to eliminate 99% of germs and bacteria.
4. Done
After completing our thorough cleaning process, we return your garbage can to your preferred location. You can rest easy knowing your bins are clean, disinfected, deodorized, and back where they belong.

Do you service my area?
We service the Lake Powell area including Page, Greenhaven, Big Water, and Kanab. If you are not in a city we service but would like to see if we can clean your garbage cans please contact us.
Why should I have my trash bins professionally cleaned?
Because dirty cans stink, attract pests, and harbor bacteria. We deep clean and sanitize them so they stay fresh, safe, and hassle-free—all without you lifting a finger.
How often should I get my bins cleaned?
We recommend monthly cleaning but this can vary depending on your trash volume and household size.
Do I need to empty my bins before you arrive?
Yes, we need empty garbage cans to clean. We schedule your stops to arrive the day after trash pick to help minimize any garbage in your cans. If you have to put garbage in your cans before cleaning please bag the trash and we will remove it and put it back.
How do you clean my bins?
We use a 200 degree high pressure system that kills 99% of bacteria inside of the bin, and then we blast the entire outside of the bin leaving it clean and sanitized, after spraying it with a deodorizer.
Do I need to keep my payment info on file?
Yes, you will need to enter your payment info on a secure payment portal for a recurring service.

Hi, we’re Mike and Jessica Mangum, and we’ve called Page home since 2013.
Mike is a lineman and substation technician by trade, but an entrepreneur at heart. He’s co-owned and sold two local businesses and is always looking for new ways to serve the community. Mike has volunteered countless hours coaching his kids sports teams, serving on the school board, and giving back in a variety of ways.
Jessica is a third-generation hairdresser with a love for creativity and connection. She brings a strong work ethic and a personal touch to everything we do—all while being a full-time mom to our three amazing kids.
